Compared to the Ride or MotoGP games, Moto Racer 4 is a pretty easy-going arcade motorcycle game. It wants you to have a good time rather than conquer the steep learning curve usually favoured by two-wheeled racers. Depending on your personal preference, this is either a good thing or a bad thing. Continue reading Moto Racer 4 PlayStation 4 review

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare PlayStation 4 Pro review
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is many things. It’s a top-class first-person shooter, it’s a visual feast, it’s a triumph of single-player narrative adventure, it’s a pant-wettingly exciting multiplayer game, but it’s not Call of Duty. Eagle Flight VR PlayStation 4 review
As much as I love virtual reality, you can count the number of “proper” VR games on two hands. There’s plenty of fantastic experiences, but not many of which offer the same sort of rounded gameplay as you’d get sitting in front of your TV or monitor.
Ubisoft’s Eagle Flight offers a glimpse into the future of VR gaming. It’s is one of the most well thought out virtual reality games that I’ve played. The developers have chosen a simple concept, one that suits VR more than it would as a traditional game, and it works. Continue reading Eagle Flight VR PlayStation 4 review

Heavy metal action with Titanfall 2 – PS4/PC review
Don’t get me wrong, I like 2014’s Titanfall, the first game from Respawn- the development studio that arose from a spat between Infinity Ward and their masters at Activision. The choice, though, to release a game 100% dependent on competitive multiplayer play was not a good idea. Dress it up how you like, even with a narrative campaign linking the multiplayer bouts together, there was still no way to properly world-build this new IP.
